Storyteller.Energy Anti-Bullying Policy

1. Introduction

Storyteller.Energy (“Platform”) is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all users. Bullying in any form is strictly prohibited. This Anti-Bullying Policy (“Policy”) outlines the Platform’s commitment to preventing and addressing bullying behavior.

2. Definition of Bullying

Bullying is any unwanted aggressive behavior among individuals that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. This behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Bullying includes actions such as:

  • Verbal bullying: Teasing, name-calling, insults, threats, and inappropriate sexual comments.
  • Social bullying: Spreading rumors, social exclusion, and public embarrassment.
  • Physical bullying: Hitting, kicking, pushing, and other forms of physical aggression.
  • Cyberbullying: Harassment, threats, and humiliation using electronic communication such as social media, email, and text messages.

3. Reporting Bullying

If you experience or witness bullying on the Platform, please report it immediately to The Hive Social Garden, Inc (“The Hive”) through the following channels:

  • In-Platform Reporting Tool: Utilize the built-in reporting feature to flag bullying behavior.
  • Email: Send a detailed report to elle.younker@findfaye.com
  • Contact Form: Submit a report through the contact form on the Platform’s website.

When reporting bullying, please provide as much information as possible, including:

  • The names and/or usernames of the individuals involved.
  • The date and time of the incident(s).
  • A description of the bullying behavior.
  • Screenshots or other evidence, if available.

4. Investigation and Response

The Hive will take all reports of bullying seriously and will conduct a prompt and thorough investigation.

Possible responses to bullying may include:

  • Warning: Issuing a warning to the individual engaging in bullying behavior.
  • Suspension: Temporarily suspending the individual’s access to the Platform.
  • Banning: Permanently banning the individual from the Platform.
  • Other Actions: The Hive reserves the right to take any other actions deemed necessary to address bullying behavior, including but not limited to, contacting parents or guardians, and cooperating with law enforcement.

5. Prevention

The Hive is committed to preventing bullying through the following measures:

  • Education: Providing resources and educational materials on bullying prevention and intervention.
  • Community Guidelines: Establishing and enforcing clear community guidelines that prohibit bullying behavior.
  • Moderation: Actively monitoring the Platform for bullying behavior.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with SMILE to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.

6. Confidentiality

The Hive will maintain the confidentiality of all reports of bullying to the extent possible, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all users.

7. Updates

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform’s website.
